Learn to Swim, Sports Vouchers and Water Safety Awareness Vouchers

Did you know we accept Learn to Swim Vouchers and Sports Vouchers?

To get a Learn to Swim voucher your child must be all of the following:

  • a resident of the NT
  • under five years old
  • not enrolled in preschool or school
  • registered with Royal Life Saving NT for the water safety awareness program.

Your child can receive two $100 Learn to Swim vouchers each year, one in January and one in July.

The Sport Voucher Scheme is available to every school-enrolled child from preschool to year 12 and home-schooled children.

Children living in an urban area are eligible to receive two $100 sport vouchers each year. One in January and one in July, for sport, recreation and cultural activities.

Parents or carers need to apply for vouchers online each semester.

All vouchers expire on 31 May each year.

Your child must be registered for the water safety awareness program run by the Royal Life Saving Society before you apply for the vouchers.

Once you have registered with the Royal Life Saving Society, they will send you a list of days, times and location to attend their program.

Once attended they will give you a one off $50 voucher. You can only apply for this voucher up until your child turns 5 years old
